Our voluntary return window

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. This sits on top of your legal rights including the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases in the European Union.

Eligibility for returns

Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, socks are returnable only if the hygiene seal on the packaging remains intact. Keep your receipt or order number.

How to start a return or exercise your right of withdrawal

Email peter@lukyneko.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason. Please send the goods back within 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing.

Who pays for return shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. If we offer a prepaid label, we will either deduct the label cost from your refund or provide the label free of charge as stated in our message to you. If we did not tell you in advance that you bear the return cost, we will pay it.

Items sent back without first contacting us may be refused.

Damages and issues

Check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can fix it. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only once the goods are delivered to you or a person you designate.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item and then place a new order once your return is accepted.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for

• custom or personalized items

• sealed health or hygiene products that were unsealed after delivery, including socks whose hygiene seal is broken

• digital gift cards once delivered and activated except where required by law

This does not affect your legal rights.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or you provide proof of sending them back. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

If you return the whole order under your 14-day right, we also refund the original standard delivery cost. We do not refund any premium delivery upgrade. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Your legal guarantees in France

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If a product is not compliant you are entitled to repair or replacement, or if that is impossible or disproportionate you can obtain a price reduction or cancel the contract. You also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects. These legal guarantees apply regardless of any commercial warranty.
